Remember Me. This is an extremely well-preserved, all-original Ford Mustang Cobra. It was number 3, of 4, Cobras built that year. It also comes with both the short and long Ford Mustang Cobra vehicle brochures in as-new condition. In fact, the only thing that is not original on this car is its brand-new Ford Motorcraft battery. Almost all generations of the Mustang have successfully captured the hearts and imagination of the youth of America.
Globally, the Mustang is as American as apple pie and baseball. When it turned the automotive world on its ear in as a gussied-up Falcon, it was heralded as the best thing since square cheese. As the Mustang continued to grow physically, so did the displacement, and by , our beloved federal government and arguably the insurance lobby became the cops at the front door of the muscle-car kegger.
These were dark days for sure, but surprisingly, sales did not suffer too badly. It was a new world of fuel economy and emissions regulation, and Ford did what it had to do to keep the brand alive.
I came across a Cobra in Virginia that needed rescued that originally had a clean title. It's a 70k car with damage on the right side mostly door and fender front bumper cover is questionable.

I also am planning on modifying and driving either one. The other half or "better" half some might say likes the termi better well mostly cause its a convertible.
I could go either way actually. I ultimately would like to have a high Bottom line is I can afford to modify both nor can I keep both. I have to many other things and kids to have it all sort of speak.
So I need to make the call. I grew up on fox body's as I am in my late 30's now and don't know what to do. Also, it has not been run in at least 4 yrs. If anyone can offer any insight on how many estimated I guess 93 cobras are left or what your thoughts are on my dilemma let me know.
Only current mods to the are full exhaust although I have stock exhaust and that's it. Thanks guys. There were only built.
There were a total of 13, 03s built coupes and convertibles.
